La 19ème édition de la Semaine de la Qualité de Vie au Travail aura lieu du 20 au 24 juin 2022 dans toute la France. Chaque année, elle met en avant une thématique différente pour les collaborateurs. Cette année, la Semaine sera l’occasion d’échanger autour du thème « En quête de sens au travail ».
Au sein des entreprises, la crise sanitaire a profondément bouleversé les conditions de travail, aussi bien pour les travailleurs de « première et seconde ligne » exposés lors de la crise sanitaire que pour les salariés des entreprises, à l’heure du développement du télétravail.
QUELLES ACTIONS POUR LA SEMAINE DE LA QUALITE DE VIE AU TRAVAIL EN ENTREPRISE ?
La semaine de la Qualité de vie au Travail est destinée aux différents acteurs tels quel les DRH, Responsables RSE, CHO, Médecins du travail, Managers… C’est l’occasion de sensibiliser l’ensemble des collaborateurs sur le bien-être au travail sous toutes ses formes.
